Required fees other than the product price

For deliveries within Japan, the total price shown includes consumption tax.
Shipping fee within Japan: 880 yen nationwide. If you choose cash on delivery, a handling fee will be charged.

Shipping to overseas is a flat rate of 3,500 yen.

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience. Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases.

- Products that have been modified or repaired by the customer
- Products with accessories such as boxes, tags, and manuals that have been soiled, broken, or lost

When you receive a defective product, please check immediately for any damage. If the product is defective, damaged during delivery, or the wrong product is delivered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will repair or replace the product at our expense. If repair is not possible, or if the product cannot be replaced because it is sold out, discontinued, or limited edition, we will refund the product price and bank transfer fees.
